The final edition of this season\u2019s Chefs\u2019 Stories<\/strong> brings a new culinary collaboration to Pjerin, as Executive Chef Robert Ra\u010di\u0107<\/strong> ugo\u0161\u0107uje kuhara Bruno Vokal<\/strong> for an exclusive four-hands dinner on Saturday, 12 September<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Chef Bruno Vokal, Head Chef at Zagreb\u2019s Michelin-starred restaurant Noel<\/strong>, brings his distinctive perspective to contemporary Croatian cuisine, combining precision, creativity and a deep respect for exceptional ingredients. Together with Robert Ra\u010di\u0107, he will create a menu especially for this evening<\/strong>, a meeting of two culinary perspectives, brought together by exceptional ingredients and the unique setting of Pjerin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The tasting menu moves from the flavours of the Adriatic and local produce to more indulgent creations, with carefully considered touches of seafood, vegetables, meat and citrus throughout.
